On April 21, 2012, Nintendo announced that there would be a National Pokédex version called Pokédex 3D Pro.
Only a few Pokémon are initially available, and more can be unlocked through means such as SpotPass and StreetPass and AR cards. It is a Pokédex, which displays information on Pokémon from Black and White as well as a 3D model. Pokédex 3D is an app available for download from the Nintendo eShop.
